Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of Vidaiprohub's AI video generation engines, APIs, and associated services. By using our platform, you agree to strictly comply with these content safety requirements.

1. Zero Tolerance for Adult & Prohibited Content

Vidaiprohub strictly prohibits the use of our AI engines for the generation, uploading, editing, sharing, or distribution of the following:

  • Sexually explicit content, pornographic material, or any form of Not Safe For Work (NSFW) imagery/video.
  • Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII), including "deepfakes" of real individuals.
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors.
  • Content that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, hate speech, or illegal activities.
  • Copyright-infringing materials or intellectual property theft.

2. Automated Safety & Moderation

To ensure strict compliance with global payment gateway regulations, we employ aggressive automated content moderation filters and human review protocols.

Any attempt to bypass these safety filters using "jailbreak" prompts, obfuscated language, or unauthorized external model integration will trigger immediate system-level blocks.

3. Enforcement & Penalties

We operate on a zero-tolerance basis for severe AUP violations. If our systems or moderation team detects prohibited content generation, the following actions will be taken immediately:

  • Immediate and permanent termination of your Vidaiprohub account.
  • Forfeiture of all remaining subscription credits without any right to a refund.
  • Permanent ban from creating new accounts on our infrastructure.
  • Mandatory reporting of illegal content (such as CSAM) to relevant law enforcement agencies and our payment processing partners (including Creem).

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content generated by our platform that violates this policy, please report it immediately to our Trust & Safety team at: support@vidaiprohub.com.
