2. Description of Service

Vidaiprohub is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create videos from text prompts using various AI models. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits or subscribe to plans to generate videos.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to others

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

  • Credits are the virtual currency used on the Platform
  • Different AI models and video parameters consume different amounts of credits
  • Credit consumption is displayed before video generation
  • New users may receive a limited number of free credits to try the Service

4.2 Credit Expiration

  • Subscription credits: Expire after 30 days if not used (for monthly plans)
  • Purchased credit packs: Valid for 365 days from purchase date
  • Paid user credits never expire while subscription is active
  • Free credits expire after 30 days

4.3 Refunds and Credits

  • If video generation fails due to technical issues, credits will be automatically refunded
  • Unused purchased credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content of real people
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others
  • Generate adult, violent, or hate speech content
  • Attempt to circumvent credit limits or exploit system vulnerabilities
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without refund.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts and instructions you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process, store, and use your inputs solely to provide the Service.

6.2 Generated Videos

  • Free Users: Videos are for personal use only
  • Paid Users: You own all rights to videos generated during your subscription period for commercial use
  • Videos are stored on our servers for 30 days, then automatically deleted
  • You are responsible for downloading and backing up your videos

6.3 Platform Content

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and AI models, is owned by Vidaiprohub and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

  • We strive to maintain 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • AI generation times vary based on model complexity and queue length
  • We reserve the right to adjust credit costs and pricing with 30 days notice

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vidaiprohub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or inability to access the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vidaiprohub from any claims resulting from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vidaiprohub is established. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
