At Vidaiprohub, we want you to be completely satisfied with our AI video generation service. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds are available for credits, subscriptions, and services.

2. Automatic Credit Refunds

Video Generation Failure: If your video generation fails due to technical issues on our end, the credits used for that generation will be automatically refunded to your account. No manual request is needed.

Common reasons for automatic refunds include:

  • AI model errors or timeouts
  • Server-side processing failures
  • System maintenance issues

3. Credit Pack Refunds

3.1 Refund Window

Purchased credit packs (non-subscription credits) are eligible for a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that:

  • The credits have not been used (or only a portion has been used)
  • The refund request is made within the 7-day window
  • There is no evidence of account abuse or policy violations

3.2 Partial Refunds

If you have used some credits from a purchased pack, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion within the 7-day window. The refund amount will be calculated based on:

Refund Amount = Purchase Price × (Unused Credits ÷ Total Credits in Pack)

3.3 Refund Process for Credit Packs

To request a refund for a credit pack:

  2. Include your account email and transaction ID
  3. Specify the credit pack you wish to refund
  4. Our team will process your refund within 5-10 business days

4. Subscription Refunds

4.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after the subscription period has begun. However, you may:

  • Cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges
  • Continue using your credits until the end of the current billing period

4.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used a significant portion of your allocated credits.

After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may:

  • Cancel auto-renewal at any time
  • Use all credits until the end of the annual period

4.3 Free Trials and Promotional Credits

Free trial credits, promotional credits, and new user bonuses have no cash value and are non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to abuse
  • More than 7 days have passed since credit pack purchase
  • You have used most or all of the credits in a pack
  • The generated videos did not meet your subjective expectations (we cannot control AI output quality)
  • You changed your mind after using credits successfully

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

  1. Subject Line: "Refund Request - [Your Email]"
  2. Body: Include:
    • Your registered email address
    • Transaction ID or receipt number
    • Reason for refund request
    • Screenshot of payment confirmation (if available)

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Automatic credit refunds: Instant
  • Credit pack refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Subscription refunds: 7-14 business days

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The exact timing depends on your payment provider.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us about your issue:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • All credits will be frozen
  • We will contest the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
  • Reinstatement is at our sole discretion

9. Special Circumstances

We understand that unique situations may arise. If your refund request doesn't fit within these policies, please contact us with a detailed explanation. We review each case on an individual basis and may make exceptions at our discretion.
